Represent Yourself
The truth of the matter is that Real Estate Agents are no longer as valuable as they were in the past.
But yet, they are getting paid more today than ever before because of skyrocketing home prices, and their job has never been as easy as it is now.
Home Buyers and Sellers are more than capable of representing themselves in their real estate transactions and I'm here to bridge the gap of knowledge so everyone feels fully confident going into a transaction all while getting the most value and best deals possible.

Close
Learn the process on navigating towards closing the deal on your home. You'll never feel lost and you'll gain the satisfaction of completing a transaction fully representing yourself and saving thousands upon thousands of dollars on your home.
I was sick of the homebuying process, so I set out to change it.
My name is Carson, and I passed the real estate license exam in Utah. I believe everyone has the right to obtaining knowledge on how real estate transactions occur so they can decide whether or not to represent themselves. Real Estate Agents have long kept this knowledge close to their chests so the public relies on their services and then charge incredibly over-priced commissions for the easiest job in the entire transaction. I believe I can provide more value to society by educating the masses on how they can manage their own transactions and save tens of thousands of dollars.
